Based on a full-time (38 hrs/week) contract. You also get:

Eligibility

  • Completed (or nearly completed) Master's degree in a relevant field

  • Strong academic record

  • Excellent English — written and spoken

  • Open to all nationalities—no Dutch required.


Contract Structure

  • 4 years total, full-time

  • First contract covers 1.5 years, with a performance review at month 14

  • Pass the review → contract extended for the remaining 2.5 years

  • Maternity/parental leave → contract extended by the same duration, on request
